If the loan is using the 2015 Itemization, only the closing costs templates that apply to the 2015 itemization display. If the loan is using the 2010 Itemization, only the closing cost templates that apply to the 2010 Itemization display.

Fixed Issue
Why we made these updates: The following issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass LO Connect is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
An issue was discovered where eConsent email templates that used the <<Recipient Full Name>> field would not populate the recipient's full name. This has been fixed and now the recipient's full name displays when the email is sent to the eConsent email recipient.
An issue was discovered with field data entry business rules that included custom fields as pre-required fields where users were unable to enter data for those pre-required fields. This has been fixed, and now users can enter data into these required fields when the business rule is triggered.
An issue was discovered with field data entry business rules that included advanced code with a fail or MsgBox error would fail to display the defined error message. This has been fixed, and now user will receive the defined error message when the conditions are met.
An issue was discovered where users with a persona that had a default loan folder were unable to create loans in the default folder. The users had to change folders and then change back to the default folder to create a loan. This has been fixed, and now the New Loan button is no longer disabled when the user first logs in.
An issue was discovered where Persona Access to Field Rules that enabled or disabled buttons in Encompass were not being enforced in Encompass LO Connect. This has been fixed and now these buttons will be enabled or disabled as defined by the Persona Access to Field Rules.
