Form & Tool Enhancements

Affiliated Business Arrangements Form Added ( ENCW-47052) - Added support for the Affiliated Business Arrangements form to enable companies with affiliated business relationships with multiple affiliates such as title companies and appraisal management companies to store information for each affiliate and provide a separate disclosure for each affiliate independently.
Affiliated Business Disclosure Form Added ( ENCW-47061) - Added support for the Affiliated Business Disclosure form to enable users to record information needed for the Affiliated Business Disclosure Statement.
Anti-Steering Safe Harbor Disclosure Form Added ( ENCW-65096) - Added support for the Anti-Steering Safe Harbor Disclosure to enable users to provide about the loan choices you are offering.
Lock Request Tool Added (ENCW-64637) – The Lock Request Form has been added to enable you to submit a request for a rate lock or a re-lock to the lock desk. You can adjust values on the form and submit requests without affecting the associated fields in the loan file. Any changes to the Lock Request Form are not incorporated into the loan file until the lock request is confirmed.

Workflow Enhancements

Validation Added When Importing Workflow Rules ( ENCW-65612, ENCW-66291, ENCW-66290) - Added messaging displaying any missing requirements when importing workflow rules from one environment to another.
Disposition Option Added to Sub-Task Completed Triggering Event ( ENCW-64661) - Added a disposition filter to the Sub-Task Completed triggering event for Workflow Rules which enabled an administrator to define a rule that will be triggered when a completed sub-task has a specific disposition.
Option Added to Re-Open Parent Task for Create Sub-Task Action ( ENCW-56843) - Added an option to re-open a parent tasks in order to create a sub-task when an event is triggered
Field Value Modified Triggering Event Now Editable ( ENCW-45253) - Field Value Modified triggering event is now editable. Previously, users had to select the field id using the Select ID button. Users can now manually enter standard, custom, or virtual field IDs.

Task Framework Enhancements

Edit and Delete Icon Behavior Changed ( ENCW-64678) - The Edit and Delete options have been removed on the Tasks page in the Encompass Admin Portal when the top Task Group and Task Container or Standalone Tasks folders are selected. In addition, the order of the Edit and Delete options have been switched for sub-tasks to remain consistent with other areas of LO Connect.
Administrators Returned to Previous Location in Tasks List After Editing a Task ( ENCW-46695) - Users are now returned back to the location in the task list that they were previously at on the Tasks page in the Encompass Admin Portal when returning from editing or viewing a task. Previously, users were moved to the top of the task list.

Task Enhancements

Open Sub-Tasks Column Now Controlled by Global Task Settings ( ENCW-59033) - The Show sub-task count option on the Global Task Settings page now controls the Open Sub-Tasks column on the Workflow Tasks page in LO Connect.
Additional Tasks Updates (ENCW-52804, ENCW-65265, ENCW-65266) - A number of incremental changes have been made to tasks in LO Connect to improve usability.

Services Updates

Closing Fee Ordering Added (ASO-8822) - Support for ordering of closing fees has been added to LO Connect.

Web Input Form Builder Updates

New DataBind Event (NGENY-11613) - A new DataBind event is now available in the Properties panel for text box form controls in the Web Input Form Builder. The DataBind event is fired any time LO Connect populates a text box using the data from the loan, a process called "data binding". You can use this new DataBind event to modify the default behavior of the data binding. For example, you can customize the way in which your form displays the values from the loan in the text box.
openModal() Option Enhancement for Custom Forms and Tools (NGENY-27287) - When creating or updating a custom input form, you can now set up buttons and other controls with the openModal option to launch a modal window that contains a custom input form or a custom tool.
