Fixed Issues

Why we made these updates: The following issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass LO Connect is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Fixed Issue With ULDD/PDD Fannie Mae Fields Removing Data

An issue was discovered when a user added data on the ULDD/PDD Fannie Mae form, the entered data would reverted to old data. This issue occurred when the No Co-Applicant (Encompass field 3840) field on the Borrower Information form. This issue has been fixed, and now data entered on the ULDD/PDD Fannie Mae form remains on the form as expected.

Fixed Issue Fee Itemization Field Calculations

An issue was discovered where fee line items located in the 900 and 1000 section of the Fee Itemization form were being calculated into the wrong fields in the Total Estimated Funds Needed to Close section for URLA 2020 loans. This issue has been fixed for loans using URLA 2020 forms, and now the Total Estimated Funds Needed to Close calculates accurately.
