Encompass LO Connect Updates and Enhancements to Features - 21.2 July Service Pack Critical Patch 1

Fixed Issues
Why we made these updates: The following issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass LO Connect is operating as expected. This issue also impacted the automation experience for end users in Encompass. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Service Automation of Automated Underwriting Service (AUS) Orders Now Working in Encompass
An issue was discovered where automated AUS orders triggered from Encompass were not working as intended. While the service automation for AUS is configured in LO Connect, users in Encompass are also expected to benefit from the automation configurations. With this issue, when the user placed a credit order from one of 12 providers in Encompass, the information needed to reissue credit was not being received. This issue was blocking the AUS automation from triggering. This issue has been fixed, and now administrative users can configure the reissue credentials in Encompass LO Connect, and the automation of AUS orders from Encompass and LO Connect are working properly. This issue also impacted manual and 1-click ordering of AUS from Encompass LO Connect when credit had been ordered in Encompass from any of the affected credit providers. This issue has also been resolved.
