Encompass Consumer Connect Services Dependencies Field Guide

When a borrower enters data into a loan and submits the loan in Encompass Consumer Connect, the data from that loan is copied to a corresponding file in Encompass. Each field in the Consumer Connect 1003 maps directly to a field on the 1003 in Encompass. Some of these fields are required to run the Verification, Order Credit, EPPS, Underwriting, Velocify and other services.

Required Fields for Services

When a service is enabled in the loan application workflow, Encompass Consumer Connect automatically updates the loan application to display the fields that are passed to the service provider. Fields that are passed to the service provider can be identified in the loan application editor by a Show status of Services On (). These fields cannot be hidden in the application.

When a passed field is required by the service provider, the Required check box is selected and dimmed automatically. If the passed field is optional, the Required check box is editable and can be cleared by the lender if needed.

Closed Asset Verification Service

IF credit is ordered for both borrower and co-borrower, the median score from both Borrower and Co-borrower is sent to EPPS. However, the lowest of the 2 scores is used to qualify.

Credit is ordered but failed The borrower can enter an estimated credit score.

In order for the Homeowners Insurance Service to run successfully, the following fields must be populated in the loan file. Some of these fields are required for Encompass to trigger the Ready for Homeowners Insurance Request Triggering Event workflow rule, and some fields are required for Consumer Connect to create the borrower task.
